Join Us at OCP’s Fall 2026 Regional Meetings
September 9, 2026Pharmacy professionals registered with the College are invited to attend our Fall 2026 regional meetings.
Join Registrar and CEO Jay O’Neill, members of the Board of Directors, and staff leadership for an in-person discussion on topics that matter to the profession and to our role as regulator.
Each meeting will feature an interactive discussion aimed at informing the College’s priorities stemming from its recent Strategic Plan refresh work. This will include sharing what we heard at our spring regional meetings to put participant insights into practice at the College, and how we can better engage registrants in our work consistently and effectively. Each meeting will also include a Q&A session and real-time polling activities, as well as time to connect with peers.
Registration is limited to pharmacy professionals currently registered with the College.
There is no cost to attend. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.

Will sessions be recorded?
These regional meetings are intended to be face-to-face engagement opportunities, and they will not be recorded.
Will the agenda be the same for all the meetings?
Yes, the agenda will be the same for each of the meetings.
Can I attend more than one meeting?
To ensure as many registrants as possible can attend, please only register for one meeting.
Can attendees raise topics that are not on the agenda?
Each meeting will include a Q&A session to give registrants an opportunity to ask questions.
If I can no longer attend, how do I cancel my reservation?
We understand that the plans of busy pharmacy professionals may change unexpectedly. If you find yourself unable to attend, please let us know at [email protected] so that we can release your seats to other pharmacy professionals. There is no penalty for not attending the event.
Is parking available?
The venues in Sudbury, Kingston and Ancaster have free parking available. There is NO onsite parking available at the OCP offices for the Toronto meetings, and public transportation is encouraged — the St. George subway station is a short walk. Limited paid parking options are available in the area.
