Summary Of Allegations

As a result of a referral by the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee, it is alleged that Jauher Ahmad, while engaged in the practice of pharmacy as Designated Manager of ScaleRx Pharmacy (#309196) and/or as Designated Manager of ScaleRx Pharmacy (#309857) (collectively, “the Pharmacy”), and/or as Director of 1000223172 Ontario Inc., and/or as a minority owner of Jack and Jill Health Inc. (“Jack Health”), and/or as Chief Operating Officer of Jack Health, in or about 2022 to 2026, committed professional misconduct in that he:

• practiced the profession while in a conflict of interest and/or participated in an arrangement that constituted a conflict of interest; and/or
• contravened the OCP policy regarding Loyalty Points, dated July 2004, with respect to Neo Financial.

In particular, it is alleged that he:

• failed to maintain a standard of practice of the profession;
• practiced the profession while in a conflict of interest and/or participated in an arrangement that constituted a conflict of interest;
• engaged in conduct or performed an act relevant to the practice of pharmacy that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional.
