Summary Of Allegations

As a result of a referral by the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee, it is alleged that David Do, from in or about January 2018 to in or about May 2025, while engaged in the practice of pharmacy as a staff pharmacist at Oak Valley Health, Markham Stouffville Hospital, Pharmacy Department at 381 Church St., Markham Ontario, and Oak Valley Health, Uxbridge Hospital at 4 Campbell Drive, Uxbridge Ontario, he engaged in conduct unbecoming a member in that he:

• Operated and/or posted to the non-consensual deepfake pornography website globally known as “MrDeepFakes”.

In particular, it is alleged that he:

• Engaged in conduct that is unbecoming of a member.
