As a result of a referral by the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee, it is alleged that Gurpreet Singh, while he was practising as a relief pharmacist at [Pharmacy] located at [Location] (the “Pharmacy”), committed professional misconduct in that he sexually abused his patient and [Relationship] [Name], and/or that he harassed and/or sexually harassed [Name], and/or that he failed to maintain professional boundaries by:
- engaging in a course of vexatious comments or conduct that was known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome;
- making comments of a sexual nature; and/or
- touching or attempting to touch them inappropriately.
In particular, it is alleged that he:
- sexually abused a patient;
- failed to maintain a standard of practice of the profession;
- engaged in conduct or performed an act relevant to the practice of pharmacy that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members of the profession as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional;
- engaged in conduct that is unbecoming of a member.
