Join Us at the Spring 2026 Regional Meetings

Registration is now open for OCP’s Spring 2026 regional meetings.

Please join OCP Registrar and CEO Jay O’Neill, OCP Board Chair Doug Brown and Vice Chair Siva Sivapalan, along with other members of OCP’s Board of Directors and staff leadership, for an in-person discussion on topics that matter to the profession and our role as regulator.

From learning about your experience with the College and how we can improve engagement with registrants, to getting your thoughts on our strategic priorities and the important changes underway in the profession, these meetings will be the first step toward a renewed focus on meaningful engagement with registrants. Each meeting will begin with a brief update, followed by a facilitated and interactive discussion framed around a shared commitment: how we work together in the regulation of pharmacy in the public interest and what you need from OCP to help us get there.

There is no cost to attend, and light fare and refreshments will be served. As seating is limited, registration is required. Please use the links below to register for a regional meeting in your or near your community.

A series of regional meetings in other parts of the province is also being planned for this fall – details on those sessions including confirmation of locations will be shared later this summer.

Will sessions be recorded?
These regional meetings are intended to be face-to-face engagement opportunities, and they will not be recorded.

Is OCP announcing locations for the fall meetings?
Information about fall regional meetings will be shared later this summer. The intention is to host meetings in different communities to reach as many registrants as possible throughout the year.

Will the agenda be the same for all the meetings?
The agenda will be the same for each of the spring meetings. Agendas for the fall meetings will be shared later this summer.

Can attendees raise topics that are not on the agenda?
Each meeting will include a Q&A session to give registrants an opportunity to ask questions.

If I can no longer attend, how do I cancel my reservation?
We understand that the plans of busy pharmacy professionals may change unexpectedly. If you find yourself unable to attend, please let us know at [email protected] so that we can release your seats to other pharmacy professionals. There is no penalty for not attending the event.
