Summary of Allegations
As a result of referrals by the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee, it is alleged that Mr. Aslam, while he was a pharmacist and Designated Manager, committed professional misconduct in that he harassed and/or sexually harassed [Name], an employee of the Pharmacy, on or about [date], in his office in the Pharmacy, including by:
- Attempting, repeatedly, to reach into her shirt and her pants;
- Placing her hand on his groin area.
In particular, it is alleged that he:
- Failed to maintain the standards of the profession;
- Engaged in conduct relevant to the practice of pharmacy that, having regard to all of the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members of the profession as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional.
