Updates
October 2018:
As of August 1, 2018, section 18(1) of Ontario Regulation 201/96 — General to the ODBA is revoked, therefore, removing the 35-days’ supply limit in place for Ontario Works recipients (as noted in the ODBA module).
As of January 1, 2018, the Ministry of Health created a new eligible class of ODB program recipients under the Act: OHIP+: Children and Youth Pharmacare. Ontario Regulation 201/96 was amended by adding – persons who are under 25 years of age – who are covered by OHIP as a prescribed class of eligible persons for ODB drug coverage.
