Summary Of Allegations

As a result of a referral by the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee, it is alleged that Jaspreet Sahota, committed professional misconduct in that he:

• Failed to comply with an order of a panel of the Discipline Committee dated December 1, 2025 requiring him to pay a $5,000 installment of costs to the College no later than December 8, 2025.

In particular, it is alleged that he:

• Failed to comply with an order of a panel of the Discipline Committee;
• Engaged in conduct or performed an act relevant to the practice of pharmacy that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable and/or unprofessional.
