Summary of Allegations

As a result of a referral by the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee, it is alleged that Jaspreet Sahota, committed professional misconduct in that he:

• Failed to comply with an order of a panel of the Inquiries, Complaints, and Reports Committee dated August 21, 2024 requiring him to complete a specified continuing education or remediation program within 12 months.

In particular, it is alleged that he:

• Failed to comply with an order of a panel of the Inquiries, Complaints, and Reports Committee;
• Engaged in conduct or performed an act relevant to the practice of pharmacy that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable and/or unprofessional.
