Hearing 4603 for Sahota, Jaspreet

Summary of Allegations

As a result of a referral by the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee, it is alleged that Jaspreet Sahota, between in or about July 2025 and in or about May 2026, committed professional misconduct in that he:

• failed to respond adequately or at all to emails, correspondence, and/or telephone calls from the College relating to a complaint made against him; and/or
• failed to provide a response to the complaint made against him, including after being directed by a panel of the Inquiries, Complaints, and Reports Committee to provide a response.

In particular, it is alleged that he:

• Failed to reply within a reasonable time to a written or electronic inquiry or request from the College;

• Engaged in conduct or performed an act relevant to the practice of pharmacy that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable and/or unprofessional.
